I don’t want to admit how many times we eat chicken a week. Ok fine, I’ll spill it. Four times? Five? Ok, sometimes six. (Some of us don’t like fish and we don’t eat a lot of red meat so there it is.) Sounds boring but chicken is like tofu; a blank slate that takes on an endless array of flavors and spices from traditions around the world.
