In keeping with my healthy eating post-physical, the other day I decided to get serious about looking into good sources of Vitamin C. My daughter is a huge fan of her daily orange juice, but sometimes I am not in the mood for that sweet a drink early in the morning. The good news is that the good folks at Dole have some great information about foods high in Vitamin C. They are all things that are terrific to eat daily and I plan to prepare more regularly. Here is some Vitamin C inspiration for everyone!
