Because we are welcoming a new little one sometime this month, I am already thinking about ways I will lose the baby weight by this summer. Not only do I need to shed a few pounds, I also will need to get back in shape with a trainer. Part of the way I will lose the weight is by eating well. I am not going to start off with some crazy diet, but I am going to dial back the heavy casseroles and focus on winter greens, lean proteins, and easy soups. Here are a few dishes I have in mind for starting off my baby weight loss journey!
