One of the things I’ve resolved to do this winter is be better about eating my winter greens. By February I’ll be embarking on my new goals of losing the baby weight so winter greens will be playing a prominent roll in my diet! They contain so many healthy vitamins and minerals and are the perfect accompaniment to any low-calorie, lean protein meal. Here are seven of my favorite dishes that will be perfect for eating more winter greens in delicious dishes all winter long!
