7 Healthy Frittatas For Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner

I’ve had frittatas on the brain lately. I’ve cooked up a few in my house this past week, and it seems like they have been popping up all over the internet. And I think I know why. They’re easy, quick and good for you. That’s what everyone is looking for as far as food is concerned in January isn’t it?

There are so many ways to cook up a frittata…the ideas are really endless. I love adding lots of veggies to mine, especially mushrooms, zucchini, onions and asparagus. And of course, let’s not forget the cheese.
