We adore breakfast for dinner in our house. Sometimes I really let my guard down and just let my daughter have pancakes, but most of the time I stick to healthier breakfast foods to make sure the meal isn’t completely devoid of nutritional value. The nice thing about making breakfast for dinner is that it is a nice break from the regular fare and it can be super healthy. A simple meal of an omelet with a side salad is always a good idea.
