Quick & Creamy Potato, Cheese & Broccoli Chowder
32 oz. chicken broth
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup dried potato flakes
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
Salt & pepper to taste
In a large pot, bring broth and milk to a boil. Add broccoli, potato flakes, and cheese. Stir until thickened. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
