I love finding new ways to enjoy citrus, especially this time of year when it seems to be in abundance. My grandfather just last week sent me home with a heavy bag filled with ruby red grapefruits…and I’ve been enjoying at least 2 daily the last few days in my juice glass. From that heavy bagful of grapefruit, I sadly only have 2 left…which I can’t wait to turn into this beautiful and completely refreshing looking Grapefruit-Lover’s Smoothie from Family Kitchen’s Kathy!
