7 Ways to Stuff a Pumpkin

By Angie McGowan |

Our neighborhood pumpkin patch is at my son’s preschool. It’s loaded with big beautiful pumpkins, as well as a ton of cute little pie pumpkins and gourds. Everyday when I go pick him up, I can’t help but pick up another little pumpkin or gourd. The pie pumpkins are perfect for tasty pumpkin pies and lots of other savory dishes. My favorite fun way to prepare them is by stuffing them. You can make them as a side or as a main dish.
