8 Easy and Delicious Ways to Make Tomato Soup this Winter

8 Ways to Make Tomato Soup this Winter

I consider tomato soup the equivalent of winter comfort in a bowl. In a way it contains all the flavors of summer (fresh tomatoes! fresh basil!) while still being more relevant to winter because it is served hot and often with a hot sandwich on the side. The beauty of tomato soup is that it can be made any number of ways. So, when the day comes that you are a little bored with classic tomato soup, you can add a little this or that to give it a whole new twist. It really doesn’t take much! Here are eight of my favorite ways to serve tomato soup in the winter. All of them are easy, comforting and just the right meal for a cold winter’s day.
