Baked Eggs in Avocados

Baked eggs are always a healthy breakfast dish. We often bake them in ramekins and scatter some herbs in for flavor, but recently we’ve been looking for some new ideas. I scrolled through the Family Kitchen looking for new ideas and found a few great ones. We’re already huge fans of the baked eggs in avocados — who doesn’t love those? I also got some new inspiration for making bread bowls, baking Texas toast, and found a new way to use my muffin tin!
