The fun part about smoothies is you can get your kids to drink up things they might otherwise eschew. Here are eight flavors, from the retro to the really healthy that will introduce your kids to the fruity fun and chic colors of homemade smoothies. Grab your blender and get ready to whip up a rainbow!

  • Blueberry Bender 1 of 8
    Blueberry Bender
    1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup raspberry sherbet, ½ cup milk. Blend together until smooth.
  • Green & Groovy Smoothie 2 of 8
    Green & Groovy Smoothie
    1 cup fresh spinach, 1 banana, 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt. Blend until smooth.
  • Orange Creamscicle Smoothie 3 of 8
    Orange Creamscicle Smoothie
    1 cup orange juice, 1 cup milk, 1 cup ice, ¼ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Blend until smooth and whippy.
  • Very Strawberry Sipper 4 of 8
    Very Strawberry Sipper
    1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons milk. Blend together until smooth.

    1 cup milk, 1 cup ice, ¼ cup frozen grape juice concentrate, 1 tablespoon honey. Blend together until smooth.

    Red Berry
    1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup frozen raspberries, 2 cups white grape juice. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Snow White Smoothie 7 of 8
    Snow White Smoothie
    1 cup milk, ¼ teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ½ cup ice. Blend together until smooth.
  • Banana Cabana Sipper 8 of 8
    Banana Cabana Sipper
    1 banana, 1 cup coconut milk, 1 cup ice, ¼ cup sugar, several drops of yellow food coloring. Blend until smooth.
