I am totally a PB&J girl, no doubt about it. I still, to this day, sometimes eat Peanut Butter & Jelly when I am in the mood for a comforting bite. What can I say, the combination of sweet jelly and salty peanut butter is symphonic! Lately I’ve been excited by all of the new ways I’ve found to eat PB & J. This kiddie flavor combination is popping up all over in cupcakes, cookies and dessert bars. All of these look pretty delicious to me, which one would you like  to try?
