We are big fans of cheese in our house. Seriously, I could spend hours in our local cheese store. We totally go for the stinkiest cheeses we can find, often trying to pair them with amazing wines when we are able. As a little refresher course, I thought I’d stop in today with a fun little overview of our favorite cheeses and some great recipes to make with them. They range from interesting dishes like savory crepes with swiss, to more traditional blue-cheese stuffed burgers. What is your favorite way to cook with cheese?

Parmesan Cheese

Parmesan is a hard cow's milk cheese that originally hails from Italy. It is known for its strong, nutty flavor and a small amount goes a long way. It is most commonly used for sprinkling on top of pastas and to flavor roast vegetables. Adding it to bread crumbs and using it to top fresh tomatoes is a great way to use it in
summer food!
