One of the best parts of summer, besides the beach and warm sun, is the bountiful produce. My favorite way to enjoy fresh produce is in fresh salads. Yesterday I shared with you some of my favorite hearty summer salad recipes. Today, I wanted to share a few lighter salad recipes. These are all from Food52. I love this collection of summer salad recipes because they’re not only creative, but also very healthy.
