September is National Breakfast Month, and we have been celebrating with fruity pancakes. My son is a real fruit pancakes fiend. I recently started incorporating fruit in the pancakes as an extra bonus to his breakfast and also as an introduction to a few fruits he still won’t eat. He just turned four so getting him to eat any fruits out of his comfort zone hasn’t been an easy road. I found by adding them to pancakes he’ll eat about anything. This has been such a success that I am now adding all types of fruit variation to his favorite breakfast treat. If the old switch up of fruit in the pancakes worked on my son, there’s a good chance it will work on your kid too. If that isn’t reason enough to celebrate then I don’t know what is.
