This past weekend I was at the 45th annual Pillsbury Bake-Off. It’s a contest where the grand prize is one million dollars! There were a hundred finalists chosen to travel to the Peabody in Orlando to compete with their prized recipe. All the recipes were amazing. We got to sample as many of them as we could. But the winning prize went to Christina Verrelli for her Pumpkin Ravioli with Salted Caramel shown above.
