Small Shells and Peas

Peas are a must in our house. We always have several bags in our freezer. Not only are they incredibly tasty, they cook up in a flash, and bonus points because they also make a great ice pack {when you have kids, you’ll need ice packs}. Because my kids like peas I’m able to work them into many meals, and I take advantage of that ; ). They love that they’re round, bright green and enjoy making a game out of trying to get as many onto one fork as possible during dinner time.  Peas and Pancetta
