A Simple Summer Pizza Recipe with Fresh Tomatoes

A simple summer pizza recipe, via Babble.com
Whether you’re a gardener figuring out what to do with your tomato bounty, someone who went a little nuts at the tomato stand at the farmer’s market and now has a tomato surplus that needs reducing, or just someone who wants to take advantage of what’s been a pretty good year for tomatoes in a lot of the country, this easy homemade pizza recipe is the dinner for you.

Instead of using a sauce, this pizza lets the tomatoes speak for themselves. Just make a quick crust, slice the tomatoes, and partner them with some fresh mozzarella, a little olive oil, some herbs, and maybe a topping or two, and you’re ready to go.
