A Twist on the Rainbow Cake: Fourth of July Cake!

Rainbow cakes have hit full-fledged trendy status (I even made one for my daughter’s second birthday), and it’s easy to see why they’re so popular. They’re adorable, and if you frost it in plain white you can get a nice surprised reaction from your guests when you slice into it! Want to be clever and make a patriotic version for the Fourth of July this year? I found three examples to share with you for inspiration.
