I saw this floating around Pinterest the other day and was struck by how incredibly useful it is. I LOVE substituting yogurt for oil in many recipes. It is so much healthier to use yogurt. And, I think, yogurt adds a wonderful tang to so many sauces and baked goods that it SHOULD be used more often than oil, sour cream, mayonnaise, etc. Here is the fantastic yogurt substitution chart courtesy of Chobani. Check it out and start thinking about what you might use yogurt in. I think you’ll be surprised at how many dishes can be healthier, and tastier, when you use yogurt!
