We have been GF SF CF for over 5 years now. We have come to realize the massive benefits of adhering strictly to an allergy free diet.

Unfortunately, food choices are greatly limited so new recipes are greatly appreciated!

I would like to have this book before I am on my way to nursing school. I found out my senior year of high school that I was allergic to gluten, eggs, yeast, soy, fruit (many of them) etc. It would be nice to have a cook book that includes more meals rather than just baking recipes. I’m always looking for NEW food to eat:) I also had to try and eat dorm food for a year and let me tell you… that was hard. I want this book badly and also so I can start converting more people to a GF lifestyle and show them that its not hard!
