So today, I’m giving you a sweet shake recipe that includes one hearty whole apple, creamy peanut butter, banana and a few extras – blended into each sip. This healthy dairy-free shake tastes sweet like apple pie with a hint cinnamon and that calm banana and rich peanut butter compliment the perkiness from the apple. Get the recipe!..

Apple Peanut Butter Banana Shake
vegan, serves 1-2

1 medium organic fuji apple, roughly chopped
1 cup vanilla hemp milk (or soy or almond milk)
1 tsp ground flax seeds
2 tsp creamy peanut butter
1 banana (use all frozen banana for a more thick “milkshake” like texture)
1 tsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
1/3 cup frozen banana (optional for a thicker texture)
1/4 cup ice

Blend in a high speed blender and serve!
