With this recipe, I give you the idea that your eating a crunchy taco, but since there is no frying involved it makes it healthy. The ingredients are that of a quesadilla, creating a hybrid between a taco and quesadilla. Add avocado to the equation and you’ve got something special in under 10 minutes.
