Baked Tortilla Chips
16 corn tortillas, cut into 4 equal triangles
1/4 cup olive oil
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place 1/4 of the tortillas in a large bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and gently turn the triangles with your hands to coat. Arrange so that none are overlapping on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 – 12 minutes, until the chips are puffed up and have just started to color. Flip and bake for 8 minutes more. Remove finished chips to a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Serve immediately.
