Summer still isn’t over, so it’s still grilling season. Yesterday my husband got a craving for ribs, one of several he’s had this summer. I decided to make them really good and put them on the grill. I like to cook them low and slow, and almost close all the vents on the grill. This makes them smoky and so good. You can also use any type of wood chips to make them even better.
