Benefits of a Juice Cleanse


I’ve been wanting to do a juice cleanse for a while. I come from a long line of people with gastrointestinal disease, and it seems like the sooner I start focusing on taking care of my digestive tract and getting in tune with my body, the better. Better safe than sorry, that is. So, when my friend Sylvie was experimenting and trying out two different cleanses, I was instantly interested in her experience.
