Best Children's Pancake Books

Pancake WeekIt’s seems to be a rule that kids love pancakes.  Why not tap into that love for an educational experience as well?  While feeding them physically is extremely important to their development, feeding them mentally is equally important!  There are some fantastic children’s books about pancakes.  I was pleasantly surprised to discover some new books by my own personal favorite children’s book authors when I was looking for books.  Check out these great pancake book finds and consider adding them to your own collection, or heading to your local library and checking them out!  And why not make some pancakes to eat while you and your child read?  Chris Garboski, the manager of Nestle HG Test Kitchens is sharing a fabulous nutritious recipe for whole-wheat pumpkin blueberry pancakes that would be a perfect choice!
