This is one of the last videos I shot in my NYC kitchen. Here I clean out my freezer to use up my last bag of frozen rhubarb from last summer and make this delicious coffee cake during my during my daughter’s afternoon naptime. Then we enjoy it for breakfast the next morning. Enjoy!
