Big Ranch, Big City Cookbook GIVEAWAY


Big Ranch, Big City is a proudly Texan collection of more than 100 recipes from chef Louis Lambert’s popular restaurants. The cooking style is refined but not at all fussy. It has a rustic flair that he calls “elevated ranch cuisine”.  With such recipes as: Achiote-Seared Chickpeas, Spicy Oak-Smoked Chorizo, Wood-Roasted Chicken with Mexican Chocolate Chile Rub, Hot Smoked Pecan-Cured Salmon, Fried Green Tomatoes with Crab Rémoulade and so much more.
