This, my friends, is no joke. Biscoff is sweeping the nation and everyone is adding it to all kinds of awesome things. Given that my Nutella Rice Krispie treats went so well I wanted to give it a try with Biscoff next. I wasn’t sure how Biscoff would melt but it actually worked brilliantly. It melted right in with the marshmallows and butter and gave the treats an awesome cookie crumb flavor. Want to take them over the top? Add a swipe of Biscoff on top!
Biscoff Rice Krispie Treats
3 tablespoons butter
1 bag marshmallows
3/4 cup Biscoff spread
6 cups Rice Krispies
1. Melt the butter, marshmallows, and Biscoff in a large pot until smooth. Stir in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated. Press them into a 9×13 baking pan lined with wax papper. Refrigerate until cool and solid. enjoy!
