Have you planned your Thanksgiving menu yet? I’m just starting in on mine, but I’ve been looking through my recipes folders and browsing old favorites online. I want my Thanksgiving menu to offer up healthy, wholesome dishes with whole food ingredients. I also like to include dishes that I can make ahead of time. And that’s where this simple, rich, fruit-studded bread pudding comes in. A terrific alternative to pies, it’s packed with fresh apples and tangy, dried cranberries, all surrounded by creamy, melt-in-your mouth bread pudding. Best of all, this bread pudding recipe can easily be made one or two days in advance and briefly reheated.
