One thought on “Broccoli Recipes for Kids

  1. Dina Rose says:

These recipes look great…although I can’t say the idea of broccoli brownies thrills me. Cooking broccoli in interesting ways is only half the equation when it comes to getting kids to eat it. The other half is to examine what food habits you’re creating with all the other things you feed…like Goldfish crackers or sweetened yogurts. If your kids spend the bulk of their eating day eating foods that are sweet, salty, or crunchy, it’ll be hard to “sell” them on any of these dishes because they don’t provide the same food experience…all except the brownies. And feeding kids broccoli-spiked brownies still teaches kids to eat brownies, not to eat broccoli.
