Just in case you need a reminder, Mother’s Day is this Sunday! We love breakfast in bed made by our loving families, but if you’ve got an early rising mom in the house (this is not me) and you’ve run out of time to make even the easiest of breakfasts, like cheater vanilla pancakes, coconut french toast, or puff pastries, you can just make up for it with an awesome picnic spread! I’ve found lots of really easy recipes that you can make ahead and have the kids help with. All you have to do is choose your menu from these sides, sandwiches, desserts, and drinks! Mom is going to love it and feel extra special.
