By Ole & Shaina Olmanson |

It’s New Year’s Eve. Are you looking for a quick and easy appetizer to bring for a last-minute party? These appetizers will satisfy all those party needs and even make staying home and watching the ball drop on TV feel like a night out on the town living it up.

Buffalo Chicken Dip replaces the messy chicken wings and dip in this easy-to-throw-together appetizer. Serve with celery sticks, crackers, bread and tortilla chips for the perfect addition to your New Year’s Eve appetizers and party food.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
1/2 cup buffalo-style hot sauce
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
2 cups shredded, cooked chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together cream cheese and blue cheese dressing. Spread in the bottom of a pie plate. Top with shredded chicken and then pour buffalo sauce over the chicken to cover. Mix together blue cheese and mozzarella, sprinkle over the top of the pie plate.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is heated through. Serve with celery sticks, crackers, bread or tortilla chips.

This dip was really good. It was very creamy and gooey. It was also very rich so you did not need a lot to feel satisfied and full.I can’t wait to have a party so I can make it again.
