Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 3/4 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat butter and sugar until creamy, beat in condensed milk. Add flour, stir until combined.
Add all chocolate chips, mix well.
Roll heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls, place on greased baking sheets, press gently with fork.
Bake for 15 minutes, until golden.
