Christmas Magic: The Elf on the Shelf's Favorite Holiday Foods!Kelsey Banfield
Our Elf on the Shelf is named Jack Frost. My daughter named him last year after watching the Frosty movie. This year Jack Frost has been a fun house companion. Each morning he is somewhere new in our kitchen, and yesterday we even found him IN the fridge (!!!) We quickly surmised that this meant he was hungry. That evening we asked him to leave a list of his favorite foods so I could cook for him while he is with us this month. It turns out that elves are very hungry creatures. They have lots of flying to do back and forth to the North Pole so they burn up calories quickly and like to eat really well to stay healthy and strong while they do their job. Here are the favorite foods that were on our Jack Frost’s list. I’ve been cooking a lot of them so we can eat just as well as he does! What does your elf eat?

Candy Cane Milk Shooters 10 of 10The elf knows that milk is good for his body, so sometimes we sweeten it up for an after-dinner treat.

Note: I am not in any way affiliated with the Elf on the Shelf brand. This incident happened exclusively in our home with our own Elf, Jack Frost. I am sure, if you ask nicely, your Elf on the Shelf might be happy to provide you with his favorite food list as well!
