Cinco de Mayo Party! Mini-Burritos and Guacamole

By averagebetty |

Mask up! If you’re feeling rowdier than a Lucha Libre, it’s because Cinco de Mayo is this weekend. And what better way to refuel after a long day smacking a piñata around the yard than Grilled Steak Burritos with Guacamole?

But just because you’re the Macho Master of Papier-mâché doesn’t mean you like a giant burrito. Sometimes a mini-burrito is all you need. With a generous dollop of guacamole of course.

In this video, I show you how to roll my favorite Grilled Steak Burrito… eggroll sized! I also mash up some avocado and make Guacamole. Whether you’re gearing up for Cinco de Mayo or just feel like a good burrito, I I hope you’ll give these Grilled Steak Burritos a try!

Watch How to Make Grilled Steak Burritos and Guacamole and tell me, how are you going to celebrate Cinco de Mayo?
