Cinnamon Toast Crunch S’mores Bars

By Brooke McLay |

So, my children–who never get sugar cereal–wore me down at Costco last week, and now we have TWO giant bags of sugar cereal sitting all over my house. And I can’t get rid of the stuff soon enough. They ask for it for every meal and snack, so I figured we’d put it to good use in a quick & simple recipe for Cinnamon Toast Crunch S’mores bars. This recipe is simple, quick, and super tasty! Give it a try!

Cinnamon Toast Crunch S’mores Bars

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup mini dried marshmallows (I found mine in the baking aisle at Target)
  • 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, eggs, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Spread into a lightly greased 9×13 baking pan. Cook just until the center is set, about 20-25 minutes. Cool, slice, s’more!
