Classic Blueberry Muffins From The Naptime Chef

old-fashioned blueberry muffins
Last week, I was thrilled to receive a copy of The Naptime Chef: Fitting Great Food into Family Life by The Family Kitchen’s own Kelsey Banfield. Her classic and accessible cookbook is filled with straightforward, delicious recipes that are perfect for busy families or novice home cooks. I wanted to share a recipe with my readers, and was thrilled to stumble on her old-fashioned blueberry muffins.

Blueberry muffins and me go way back — from my first forays into baking, to my favorite coffee house pick-me-up, they’re one of my favorite morning treats. And Kelsey’s recipe doesn’t disappoint. They are light, buttery, and brimming with real blueberries. Head over to Brooklyn Supper for Kelsey’s scrumptious recipe.
