It is just a fact that I am addicted to Nutella. I am constantly trying to add it to all kinds of dishes just to see what I can make with it. The other day I decided to mix it into some COOL WHIP Whipped Topping and freeze it to see what I could come up with. At first I thought it might make a great dip. However, once the mixture was frozen it was harder, so I used a melon baller to form truffles. They turned out to be the easiest and most delicious treats ever!
COOL WHIP Nutella Truffles
2 cups COOL WHIP
3/4 cup Nutella
1. Completely stir together the COOL WHIP and Nutella. Put the mixture in the freezer.
2. Let it freeze for at least 6 hours. Then roll up the Nutella with a melon baller into little truffles and enjoy!
