Second only to Nutella is my obsession for Biscoff. I have an entire Pinterest Board devoted to it called “Biscoff Baby“. To make matters worse Biscoff spread now comes in crunchy in addition to the creamy version. I am doomed. But happily doomed. Next time you have a jar, after you’ve had a few spoonfuls (I’m not the only one who does that am I?) you’ll want to make this cookies and cream ice cream. It’s completely over the top and wonderful. After the first bite you’ll understand the Biscoff obsession.
