20 Fresh Summer Pastas for Dinner Tonight!

I love to eat pasta year round, even in the summer. During these warmer months I love to pack my pasta meals for of vegetables and fresh flavors. Things like roasted vegetables, basil pesto, and light feta give pasta a wonderful summery lift. Instead of being cloaked in heavy sauces the pasta is surrounded with fresh vibrant flavors and colors. A lot of summer pastas I also eat cold or room temperature which makes it downright refreshing. Here are a few of my favorite summer pastas, I hope they inspire you for dinner tonight!
