Our top 100 mom food bloggers can take care of the kids, work a 9-5 job, and whip up a mean souffl'. They are masters of the kitchen and the household, creators of cookies, packers of lunches, fixers of food fails. And perhaps best of all: They share their secrets with us each day on their blogs!
Babble asked them for a few more "secrets" - recipes and cooking tips - and we'll be running a new set of responses from them each month. What is your most cherished family holiday recipe?
Yogurt and Olive Oil Cake
The recipe for this cake comes from my mom. It’s her super easy and versatile yogurt and olive oil cake. It takes just one container of yogurt, two yogurt containers worth of sugar, and three containers of flour … it works every time! For the holiday season, we sauteed some apples in butter and sugar and added some walnuts to the batter. It’s a great addition to a perfect morning with family.
