Taco dip! My family is different then most in the fact that we open gifts on Christmas Eve and stockings on Christmas Day. I can’t imagine it any other way, and we’re continuing that tradition with our own kids. My mom used to make this dip every Christmas Eve for the smorgasbord we had after opening presents. This was by far always my favorite thing on the table, and I would eat it for days afterwards. Back then I could live on this stuff. Now my stomach is not quite as hearty, and I need a little more then taco dip to keep me going, but that doesn’t lessen my love for it.
