Our top 100 mom food bloggers can take care of the kids, work a 9-5 job, and whip up a mean souffl'. They are masters of the kitchen and the household, creators of cookies, packers of lunches, fixers of food fails, and perhaps best of all: They share their secrets with us each day on their blogs! Babble asked them for a few more "secrets" - recipes and cooking tips - and we'll be running a new set of responses from them each month. For August, we asked the bloggers to share 100 recipes under 100 calories. Consider this your Kitchen Bible - and check back next month, when our favorite food mamas share their best tips for packing school lunches!

This salad packs in many of the signature flavors of Middle Eastern cooking, a cuisine I really enjoy! This is a go-to recipe in my repertoire and every time I make it, I get rave reviews. The toasted pita bread adds substance to the dish and reminds me of an Italian panzanella salad, but with a flavor twist.
