Our top 100 mom food bloggers can take care of the kids, work a 9-5 job, and whip up a mean souffl'. They are masters of the kitchen and the household, creators of cookies, packers of lunches, fixers of food fails, and perhaps best of all: They share their secrets with us each day on their blogs! Babble asked them for a few more "secrets" - recipes and cooking tips - and we'll be running a new set of responses from them each month. For August, we asked the bloggers to share 100 recipes under 100 calories. Consider this your Kitchen Bible - and check back next month, when our favorite food mamas share their best tips for packing school lunches!

Radicchio Salad with Lemon and Olives
Serving size: Small plate of salad
This bright, beautiful radicchio salad was inspired by one on the menu at a restaurant my husband and I stopped into impulsively on one of our recent date nights. Even with the shaved Parmesan and a few olives, it’s still way under 100 calories for a starter-size serving.
