The Parsley Thief | Katie Vitucci

Katie’s Rankings

49 Points

Who: Katie Vitucci, mother of two, South Norwalk, CT

Why we love her: When Katie’s not out stealing parsley, she’s busy stealing our hearts and brightening our days with her witty anecdotes about motherhood and food. She whips up healthy and hearty meals like Italian-style mini meat loaves and rustic apple crostatas for her two growing boys (whom she affectionately refers to as her “bozos”), and we’re totally in love with her mouthwatering step-by-step photos of the process. Katie’s eye for styling and flair for finding vintage kitchen knickknacks makes us want to jump through the screen and take a seat at her table.
