Who: Rebecca Coleman, a mother of two based in Los Angeles
Why we love this blog: We love, love, LOVE Coleman for turning family meals into invaluable learning experiences. In an effort to teach her child about food, instill a love of cooking early, and make suppertime a bonding experience, Coleman started Cooking with My Kid as an ambitious project to cook (and document) 365 recipes with her firstborn in one year. Today the blog has morphed into something much bigger. After adding contributors (including the Family Kitchen’s own Macki!), Cooking with My Kid is now a hub of family-friendly recipes parents can make alongside their tiny sous-chefs.
