Who: Erika Penzer Kerekes, a mother of two based in Los Angeles, California
Why we love this blog: Kerekes is as obsessed with food as we are. She knows the rules: duck fat can do wonders for a dish, it’s all too easy to accumulate too many kitchen gadgets, there can never be enough cooking shows. A self-taught chef, Kerekes is passionate in the kitchen, and it shows in every single post. Undoubtedly our favorite parts of this blog are the periodic superfood recipes that incorporate ingredients we should be munching on everyday but don’t. Anyone who can make beets this tasty deserves kudos.
